YOUR MONEYPAK WILL BE READY TO USE BETWEEN 60 AND 120 MINUTES AFTER PURCHASE

Depending on where it was purchased, it takes 60 to 120 minutes for a MoneyPak to be ready to use.

If you continue to experience difficulty, contact customer support at 1 (888) 971-7004. If the number is correct, double check that you or someone else has not already used this MoneyPak. If you received the MoneyPak from someone else, please confirm they have not already used it and that they gave you the correct number.

If you have already checked all these items and/or suspect fraud, you can submit a claim for us to look into the issue.
